OUR GOALS

To return our children to a safer and healthier home when the parents are willing to be involved in counseling and learning better parenting skills.
To instill values in our children that will lead them to emotional, social and spiritual maturity when parents are not willing or able.

OUR PURPOSE

As a ministry of the Churches of Christ, the mission of MCCH is to equip children and their families with skills for handling personal problems and pressures by promoting Emotional, Social, Physical and Spiritual Strength through meeting those personal needs. Children are placed at MCCH through various agencies or private referrals. The children come to MCCH with an array of problems, ranging from physical and/or sexual abuse to truancy and/or chemical dependency problems.

The Treatment Team is made up of various professionals, from Cottage Parents, Therapists, and the Director of Services – all committed to treating the child and the family as a whole, with the goal of putting the child back into the family.

At the current time, our services are focused on serving young ladies.
